Plant Identification and Diagnosis Services: Plant images you upload for identification or diagnosis are shared with our AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Plant.id) to provide these features.

Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
All in-app purchases and subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect, store, or process your payment information. When you make a purchase, you are subject to Apple's terms of service and privacy policy. Please review Apple's privacy policy to understand how they handle your payment information.
DATA RETENTION
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you choose to delete your account within the App, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except for information that we are required to retain for legal purposes or legitimate business interests.
DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems.
